Common Activation Issues

If you’re having a hard time activating your software, please check the following for help.
If you’re receiving an Unauthorized Access error, please refer to this Knowledge Base Article
If you’re receiving the error message "Unique Identifier Does Not Match License Key" then you’ve already activated this license key on another computer. If you’re moving the installation to a new computer the license key needs to be reset. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the license key and software you’re using.
If you’ve checked all of the above information and you’re still unable to activate your software, please contact email@example.com and include the error message you’re receiving.
